Long-Term guests (Tenants), must complete a background check online prior to arrival. If a background check is not completed, then access to the Resort will not be approved.
Do I need to complete a background check?

How long does the process take?
Long-Term Guests should coordinate beginning their background checks in advance of the start of their lease, to allow for any possible delays in this process. Domestic background checks should be completed online at least twenty-four (24) business hours prior to the long-term guest arrival and international background checks should be completed at least fourteen (14) business days prior to arrival.
Which background check should I complete?
- If the guest has lived in the United States for the last seven years they will complete a Domestic Background Check.
- If the guest has lived outside the United States the last seven years they will complete an International Background Check.
- If the guest has lived in the United States (has a S.S. number) and outside the United States the last seven years they will complete a International & Domestic Background Check.
